It’s about time we got some new weapons to play with.

Grounded is an awesome open world survival game in which you have to survive in the vast unique world. The game is available on Steam, PlayStation 4 & 5 and Xbox Series S & Series X. If you want to play on the go, you can also find it on Nintendo Switch.
In the latest Update 1.4 (Fully Yoked), the game introduces New Game Plus mode which gives players access to a plethora of new weapons. You can also get more advanced upgrades on your weapons by using the Yoking Station in New Game Plus mode. More info is given below.
How To Get The Yoking Station & New Game Plus Weapons + Fusion Upgrades
First of all, you need to be on at least your first New Game Plus to access the new Yoking Station upgrades and weapons. To get to New Game Plus mode, you need to do take the following steps:
- Defeat the following 3 bosses:
- Hedge Broodmother
- Orchid Mantis
- Wasp Queen
- Start the JavaMatic and brew the Embiggening co*cktail.
- Go to the Secret Lab which is located near the Pond and use the REMIX.R to start New Game Plus.

Yoking Station
Once you are in New Game Plus mode, you need to first unlock the Yoking Upgrades in the Tech Chip Science Shop. It requires 25000 Raw Science.
After getting Yoking Upgrades, you need the following items to actually make the Yoking Station:
- 5x Supreme Whetstone
- 10x Supreme Plating
- 5x DeDuper Jelly
- 1x Broodmother Infused Ooze
To get DeDuper Jelly, go to the Super Duper machine and swap to De-Duper mode. Now, De-Dupe Trinkets and Science Crinkles to get DeDuper Jelly.
And to obtain Broodmother Infused Ooze, you need to defeat the Infused Hedge Broodmother. New Game Plus introduces a lot of different Infused Creatures which are much harder to beat compared to their normal forms.
Fusion Upgrades
After putting down a Yoking Station, you can upgrade your weapons past level 9 to make them even stronger. But you are going to need Fusion Crystals for that.
To get Fusion Crystals, you need to analyze Infused Ooze which you obtain from killing Infused Creatures. Now, those Fusion Crystals are pretty hard to obtain, and this is going to be a huge grind so be prepared.
New Weapons
The Fully Yoked update brings quite a decent number of new weapons to play with but some of them require you to get to the end of the game and get New Game Plus 3 times.
Each of the weapons requires you to first unlock them in Tech Chip Science Shop with 25000 Raw Science. Afterwards, you craft them with their required items. Following are the requirements of each weapon:
Sour Katanga
- Requires you to be at least on your 1st New Game Plus.
- 2x Sour Jewel.
- 5x Rust.
- 2x DeDuper Jelly.
Wallopeno
- Requires you to be at least on your 1st New Game Plus.
- 2x Spicy Jewel.
- 5x Flower Petal.
- 2x DeDuper Jelly.
Frosted Flake
- Requires you to be at least on your 1stNew Game Plus.
- 2x Mint Jewel.
- 5x Green Shield Bug Parts.
- 2x DeDuper Jelly.
Breathslayer
- Requires you to be at least on your 1st New Game Plus.
- 2x Mint Jewel.
- 5x Rust.
- 2x DeDuper Jelly.
BURG.L’s Old Flipper
- Requires you to be at least on your first New Game Plus.
- You need to get the BURG.L Bundle for 50000 Raw Science for this one.
Blazing Edge
- Requires you to be on your 2nd New Game Plus.
- 2x Spicy Jewel.
- 5x Rust.
- 2x DeDuper Jelly.
Pepper Flake
- Requires you to be on your 2nd New Game Plus.
- 2x Spicy Jewel.
- 5x Green Shield Bug Parts.
- 2x DeDuper Jelly.
Pucker Thumper
- Requires you to be on your 2nd New Game Plus.
- 2x Sour Jewel.
- 5x Flower Petal.
- 2x DeDuper Jelly.
Tingle Tongue
- Requires you to be on your 2nd New Game Plus.
- 2x Spicy Jewel.
- 5x Rust.
- 2x DeDuper Jelly.
Fresh Edge
- Requires you to be on your 3rd New Game Plus.
- 2x Mint Jewel.
- 5x Green Shield Bug Parts.
- 2x DeDuper Jelly.
Sizzle Striker
- Requires you to be on your 3rd New Game Plus.
- 2x Spicy Jewel.
- 5x Flower Petal.
- 2x DeDuper Jelly.
Fresh Coldtana
- Requires you to be on your 3rd New Game Plus.
- 2x Mint Jewel.
- 5x Rust.
- 2x DeDuper Jelly.
Picklemaul
- Requires you to be on your 3rd New Game Plus.
- 2x Sour Jewel.
- 5x Flower Petal.
- 2x DeDuper Jelly.
Salt Chipper
- Requires you to be on your 3rd New Game Plus.
- 5x Salt Glob.
- 5x Gum Nugget.
